General rental conditions

Gentlemen's agreement

We like to rent out in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Because of the peace and family character of the building, we focus on families & friends who would like to spend time together in the mountains in a pleasant and warm environment. That is why parties, bachelor parties, student parties, etc. are not allowed.

Furthermore, we explicitly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbours, certainly in between 10.30pm and 8am.

Reservation & payment

A reservation is made through our secure website or via Booking.com. Your reservation is only definitively accepted when it is followed by a confirmation. Without confirmation, there is no reservation or booking. With this you also accept all rental conditions and housekeeping rules. Before a booking is final, a 50% rental advance must be paid. The balance of the rent must be paid 1 month before the rental period starts.

Rental guarantee

The tenant pays a rental guarantee of 250 euro before he is allowed to use Alp-osud. The rental guarantee must be paid 1 month before the start of the rental period. If no damage has been caused, this rental guarantee will be completely refunded within 10 days after the rental period.

Prices & information

All proposed prices include tourist tax. This tax is fully charged to the guest, imposed by the municipality, and can under no circumstances be recovered from the holiday home.

In case of disputes, only the Court of Gap has jurisdiction. Mentioned prices are subject to errors or a clearly deviating price. In such cases, the owner of Alp-osud has the right to cancel the booking.

Alp-osud will make reasonable efforts to provide correct and up-to-date information on its website. However, Alp-osud can never be held liable for any form of direct, indirect or incidental damage resulting from the use or inability to use this website. Alp-osud cannot be held liable for the content of this website and any incorrect information on this website.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Arrival & departure

Arrival and delivery of the keys takes place from 5 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible on request and if possible. For this you need to contact the conciergerie and/or the owners.

Departure must be done before 10:00 am on the day of departure. Exceptions are only possible if agreed otherwise with the conciergerie and/or the owners. For this you need to contact the conciergerie and/or the owners.

Residence

In case of damage caused by the customer, the persons accompanying him/her, or the persons he is responsible for, to the movable and immovable property of Alp-osud, this will be deducted from the paid rental guarantee. If the damage is higher than the rental deposit, an additional invoice will be issued by the owners.

We are not liable for damage or loss to / of vehicles parked on the site, nor their contents.

Alp-osud is 100% non-smoking, smoking is only allowed outside at the terrace. In case smoking occured, alp-osud will calculate the costs based on the nuisance and damage suffered, with a minimum of 250 €.
